OKLAHOMA ONION BURGER
The bigger the burger, the better the taste! Ground beef seasoned with our Backyard Better Burger seasoning, smashed on top of sliced onions, and topped with American cheese. Add on the special sauce and enjoy!

PREP TIME: 5 minutes
COOK TIME: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS
2 LB – Ground beef
– Large Onion
4 – Burger Buns
12 Slice – American Cheese
4 t – Backyard Better Burger Seasoning
SPECIAL SAUCE
¾ C – Mayo
¼ C – Ketchup
T – Big Dill Mustard
DIRECTIONS
Stir the ingredients for the special sauce together in a bowl and set aside.
Form the ground beef into 12 meatballs.
Slice the onion as thin as possible.
Heat flattop to 375 degrees.
Place the meatballs down on the at top and top each one with a pinch of sliced onion.
Smash the burgers as thin as possible and then season each one with Backyard seasoning.
Flip the burgers and immediately place a piece of cheese on each one.
Once the cheese is melted, build the burgers.
Dress the burger buns with the special sauce and then stack 3 patties on each bottom bun.
BEEF RIB BURNT ENDS
These beef burnt ends will knock you right out of this world. Seasoned with our BBQ General and smothered in Cherry Bomb BBQ Sauce.

INGREDIENTS
3 LB – Beef Plate Ribs
2 T – Bier Hall Mustard
4 T– BBQ General SPG Rub
¾ C – Cherry Bomb BBQ Sauce
½ Stick – Butter
½ C – Beef Stock
DIRECTIONS
Preheat smoker to 250 degrees.
Remove the membrane from the underside of the ribs.
Slather the ribs with Bier Hall mustard for a binder.
Generously season the ribs on all sides with BBQ General SPG Rub.
Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before placing the ribs on the smoker.
Smoker until the ribs reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees. (about 2 ½ hours)
Cut the meat off the bones and cut into 1 ½” cubes.
Place in a foil pan with the butter. Beef stock and Cherry Bomb BBQ sauce, and then wrap in foil.
Place back on the smoker and cook until the meat is tender. About another 1 to 1 ½ hours.
Rest 10 minutes before stirring and serving.
REVERSED SEARED TRI-TIP
Reversed Seared Tri-Tip will make your mouth-water! Normally grilled, this cut seasoned with our Prime Time Rub and is smoked until 125 internal temp! Sear it in a cast iron pan and baste it with butter until perfect! Yum!

Rub and is smoked until 125 internal temp! Sear it in a cast
iron pan and baste it with butter until perfect! Yum!
INGREDIENTS
1 – Tri-tip Roast (2 lbs)
4 T – Prime Time Butcher’s Blend
3 T – Butter
3 Clove – Garlic
Fresh Herbs
DIRECTIONS
Preheat smoker to 225 degrees.
Season the Tri-tip generously with Prime time Rub and allow to rest for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Insert a temperature probe into the thickest part of the meat and then place it on the smoker.
Smoke until the steak reaches an internal temperature of 120 degrees.
Remove the tri-tip from the smoker.
Heat a cast iron pan over high heat. Add 1 TB of butter and then place the tri-tip in the cast iron.
Sear for 1 ½ minutes and then tri-tip
Add the butter, garlic and fresh herbs to the pan and start basting the meat with the butter.
Cook like this for 2 minutes and then remove the tri-tip from the pan.
Slice and serve right away.
